Built Without Burnout 90 Day Transformation Challenge Official Rules & Participation Agreement
Please read these rules carefully before joining the Built Without Burnout 90 Day Transformation Challenge(“Challenge”). By registering and submitting payment, you agree to all terms below.
1. Challenge Dates
Start Date: Friday, January 16, 2026
End Date: Thursday, April 16, 2026
All official Challenge activities, progress tracking, and eligibility requirements apply within this 90-day window.
2. Eligibility & Registration
Open to individuals who are 18+ and legally able to participate in an online fitness challenge.
You must complete registration and payment through the official checkout page to be considered a participant.
Access to the Challenge may require a Trainerize account and membership in a private Facebook group.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
Self-Driven Option: $89 (USD)
VIP Coaching Option: $499 (USD)
All sales are final.
There are no refunds, partial or full, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Change of mind
Lack of participation
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to complete the Challenge

4. Participation Requirements
To be eligible for prizes and recognition, participants must:
Join Trainerize & FB Group
Accept the invitation to Trainerize and create your account.
Join the private Facebook group (if applicable to your tier).
Log Day 1 & Day 90 Data
Submit Day 1 photos and basic starting data (weight, measurements, or performance markers as instructed).
Submit Day 90 photos and updated data at the end of the Challenge.
Engage in the Process
Follow your chosen training and cardio plan to the best of your ability.
Use the app to log workouts, macros (if applicable), and progress throughout the 90 days.
Participation levels may be taken into account during judging.
Submit Final Essay
At the end of the Challenge, submit a written reflection (essay) about your transformation, including:
What changed (physically, mentally, emotionally, lifestyle)
What “built without burnout” meant for you
How you showed up and what you’re most proud of
Submission deadline and instructions will be provided near the end of the Challenge.
Late submissions may not be considered.
5. Photos: Requirements & Restrictions
To keep this fair and honest:
You must submit Day 1 and Day 90 photos as instructed (e.g., front, side, back).
Photos must be:
Clear, well-lit, and show your physique accurately
In similar clothing styles for Day 1 and Day 90 when possible
Taken within the specified time windows at the start and end of the Challenge
Absolutely no alterations are allowed, including but not limited to:
Body shaping or retouching
Filters that significantly change appearance, lighting, or body shape
Blurring, airbrushing, or editing out physical features
Basic cropping to remove your face or adjust framing is allowed if requested/encouraged for privacy, as long as it does not alter body appearance.
If there is reasonable suspicion that photos have been altered, that submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the judging panel.
6. Use of Photos, Data & Testimonials
By participating in the Challenge, you agree that:
Your photos, progress data, and written essay/testimonial may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes by [Your Name / Your Brand], in any media format (website, email, social media, etc.).
Identifying details (such as name or face) may be obscured if requested, but cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly agreed upon in writing in advance.
You grant [Your Name / Your Brand] a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your submitted materials in connection with the Challenge and related promotions.
If you have specific privacy requests (e.g., face blurred, first name only), you are responsible for communicating that in writing.
7. Judging, Prizes & Winner Selection
Prize Structure:
For every 15 paid participants in the Challenge, one (1) $1,000 (USD) Transformation Winner will be awarded.
15 participants = 1 winner
30 participants = 2 winners
45 participants = 3 winners
…and so on, with no preset upper limit.
What is evaluated:
The following will be weighed equally when determining winners:
Essay / Story
Depth of reflection
Evidence of mindset, lifestyle, or emotional transformation
Effort, honesty, and ownership of the journey
Photos
Visible, genuine change over the 90 days (any direction: strength, body composition, posture, confidence, etc.)
Not strictly about weight loss or aesthetics, but overall transformation and effort.
Progress Data
Workout consistency and engagement with the program
Cardio progression, strength gains, adherence to the plan (as reasonably evident in the logs)
Use of the app to track progress, check-ins, and follow-through
Important:
This is not a “who got skinniest” or “best abs” contest.
Winners are chosen based on overall transformation, heart, effort, and consistency—built without burnout, not crash dieting.
8. Finality of Decisions
All judging decisions regarding eligibility, disqualifications, and winner selection are final and indisputable.
No feedback, negotiation, or appeal process is guaranteed or required.
By participating, you agree to accept the outcome without dispute.
9. No Guarantee of Results
While the Challenge is designed to support your transformation, Christina Kassel does not guarantee:
Specific physical results (e.g., certain weight loss, performance improvements)
That you will win a prize
That participation will be free from injury or discomfort
You are responsible for listening to your body, modifying exercises as needed, and seeking medical clearance where appropriate.
10. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise, nutrition, or fitness program.
By joining, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating and assume all risks associated with physical activity, both during and outside of the Challenge.
Christina Kassel is not responsible for any injury, health issue, or adverse outcome resulting from participation.
11. Code of Conduct
This Challenge is a supportive, all-are-welcome space, including men, women, athletes, beginners, and everyone in between.
By participating, you agree to:
Treat all members with respect.
Refrain from harassment, hate speech, body shaming, or bullying of any kind.
Keep group conversations and content aligned with the purpose of the Challenge.
Violation of these standards may result in removal from the Challenge, Trainerize access, and/or Facebook group without refund.
12. Acceptance of Rules
By registering, paying, submitting any photos/data, or participating in Challenge activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these rules, please do not join the Challenge.
