What happens next?
Step 1: Create your Trainerize account
When you click a coaching option above, you’ll be taken to Trainerize — the platform I use for all coaching, communication, and check-ins.
Step 2: Choose your coaching option
You’ll select either VIP Personalized Coaching or the Nutrition Access Pass and set up your subscription directly inside Trainerize.
Both options include personalized coaching and direct support. The difference is how hands-on your experience is.

Step 3: Complete onboarding
You’ll answer a short set of questions about your goals, experience, schedule, and preferences so I can personalize your coaching from day one.
Step 4: Get started
Once onboarding is complete:
You’ll receive access to your coaching dashboard and you can start tracking macros, workouts and link your health apps so that you and I can both see everything in one clean look
Your training plan will be built or adjusted based on your responses
We’ll begin weekly check-ins and ongoing support

Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. You can cancel or switch coaching levels directly inside Trainerize or by letting me know.
No contracts, no awkward conversations.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum commitment. Coaching is billed monthly, and you’re free to continue as long as it feels aligned for you. However, please note that there are no refunds whatsoever.
Do I need a gym or specific equipment?
Nope. Training (for VIP clients) is customized to your setup — gym, home, or minimal equipment. For those using my pre-written plans, I help choose one that aligns with your time, equipment and experience level.
